Peer Support Worker Location: The post will be based at EACH Ealing but will be required to work off- site, remotely and any of EACH’s offices based on the needs of the service. Salary: £28,860 - £29,500 per annum (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting) Hours: 37.5 hours per week Duration: Permanent, subject to continuous funding EACH Counselling and Support is a growing organisation with over 50 staff and volunteers, delivering services across 10 London boroughs. We provide a wide range of therapeutic and non therapeutic support across our core strands of Mental Health, Domestic Abuse and Substance Misuse. EACH is launching a new three year MOPAC funded service supporting Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) and migrant women including those with No Recourse to Public Funds who are affected by domestic abuse across North West London. Coordinated from our Ealing centre and delivered across Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow, the service offers assessments, therapeutic and group support, casework, practical help, peer led activities and tailored support for children. Delivered by a dedicated multidisciplinary team, the project empowers women and families to address psychological, practical and emotional needs so they can move towards safer, more independent lives.
