Managing a caseload of 130-150 Fast / Multi track litigated and pre-litigated personal injury Claims Ability to run a case from Pre-Lit to trial. Ability to work as part of a team, and with supervision, to comply with firm processes. Ability to use case management software. Drafting Court documents and Witness statements. Preparing trial bundles. Ensuring cases are run efficiently and court directions are complied with. Regularly updating clients.

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor or senior solicitor with at least 3 years experience in litigation, preferably in EL / OL personal injury. Previous experience in litigation essential. Ability to meet strict court deadlines. Strong focus on client care and managing members of the public through the court process. Strong organisation and time management skills. Strong client care skills to assist laypersons navigate the court system. Strong attention to detail and to spot technical points in Defences and evidence.
