You, alongside our existing People Partner, will manage our bi-annual Happiness Survey & other engagement initiatives, reporting back on the trends to the business. It is important our teams at every level are heard & great ideas implemented & celebrated.Employee Relations - Advise managers & operations on people issues, coach on policy, & support complex cases with confidence.Being your Best Self - Support the wellbeing initiatives throughout the business, working closely with our wellbeing
champions internally & our external partners. We support our teams with all aspects of their life, not just their work & it is important to Pizza Pilgrims that we can offer the right support when needed, offering guidance through the good times & the more challenging times too.
