Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 with some flexibility

Location : 18 Park Place, Cardiff - initially you will be required to attend the office on a full-time basis however the option for hybrid working will be available to you after the initial period.

Project Description

We have an excellent opportunity for someone as a People Partner working with our Managers and employees.

We are looking for:

Someone who has experience in the HR profession

- You should have good attention to detail and organisational skills

- Experience of ER work

- A good problem solver

- Excellent skills in building relationships

- An interest in developing people

- Level 5 CIPD qualifiedor willingness to work towards

What you can expect from this role:

Purpose of Role

To be responsible for the proactive management of People solution services across your designated areas of the organisation the role is responsible for, building and nurturing a partnership relationship with key stakeholders, both at management and employee level in all areas. To provide coaching and mentoring to managers whilst maintaining a psychologically informed approach to people solutions. To develop a positive, caring and compliant work experience and culture for Wallich people at all stages of the employee lifecycle.

This role is subject to a Basic DBS disclosure.
