Digital plays a critical role in how we build brand, engage our community and drive growth across D2C, professional and B2B channels. We are looking for a Performance & Digital Marketing Manager to own and lead our digital performance strategy end-to-end. This role oversees all digital channels, CRM and community output, ensuring strong execution, clear insight and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role, based at our Northampton headquarters, working closely with the Head of Business Development & Marketing, the wider marketing team, e-commerce, sales and external partners. What youll do: Own the digital performance strategy across all channels, aligning brand, community and commercial objectives Lead day-to-day management of all social and community channels, ensuring content is timely, engaging and on-brand Build and manage the weekly publishing schedule and content calendar Own community management, including DMs, comments, moderation, escalation and tone of voice Drive user-generated content, including creator prompts, rights-to-use and basic creator or ambassador administration Own CRM (Hubspot) and retention marketing, including email lifecycle, automations, segmentation and campaigns Lead the management and governance of the distributor Communications Portal (SharePoint), ensuring it remains a trusted, high-quality hub for distributor communication and enablement Manage the customer journey from acquisition through post-purchase education, driving reviews, repeat purchase and lifetime value Oversee paid media performance and governance, ensuring efficiency against key commercial metrics, including ROAS and overall advertising cost relative to revenue Produce clear performance reporting, insight and testing plans that drive weekly actions Own website and e-commerce optimisation, monitoring UX and conversion performance and recommending improvements Drive customers into and through the Gtechniq digital ecosystem across channels Own the weekly and monthly digital growth dashboard across all three sales channels Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour, putting forward clear recommendations for improvement What were looking for: 4+ years experience in a digital, performance or growth marketing role Proven track record of delivering measurable digital growth and campaign performance Strong understanding of Hubspot CRM, retention marketing and customer journeys A strong understanding of Wordpress and Woocommerce Confident working with data, dashboards and performance metrics Experience managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (inc Tiktok shop) and YouTube Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organised, comfortable owning outcomes and working at pace Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively across teams and functions Desirable but not essential: A passion or interest in enthusiast brands with strong communities Video editing and short-form content creation experience Good working knowledge of AI tools for content, insight or optimisation An understanding of Amazon paid advertising Why Gtechniq: Youll have real ownership of how Gtechniq performs digitally, not just channel execution.
