Our Business Analysis, Governance & Reporting team is looking for a talented Governance & Reporting Specialist to help shape the future of Customer Services & Operations and support strategic decision-making across the business. About the Role As a Governance & Reporting Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality performance reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership, including the Board and Executive stakeholders. You’ll support the Business Analysis & Reporting Manager in aligning goals, tracking performance, and ensuring our governance framework is robust and effective. What you’ll be doing
Producing clear, concise, and visually engaging reports and briefings for senior leadership. Delivering insightful performance reporting that identifies trends, highlights challenges, and supports strategic decision making. Contributing to the effective governance of Customer Services & Operations by supporting key frameworks, including Risk & Issue Management, Budget Oversight & Financial Reporting, and People Management Supporting Customer Services & Operations business areas to deliver insight and reporting requirements. Collaborating with the Extended Leadership Team to manage emerging reporting requirements. Prioritising demands to deliver in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
We need you to have
A structured, outcome-driven approach with experience in performance reporting and supporting governance frameworks. Experience identifying trends, providing insight, and presenting information in formats tailored for senior stakeholders. Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to distil complex data into compelling narratives for key reports and briefings. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy and consistency. Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills – you know how to turn data into captivating stories, not just spreadsheets. Organised, efficient, and able to manage competing demands with confidence. A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering outcomes that make a difference.
