Job Role: Recruitment Consultant

Company: Reed Bury Street – Permanents Technology

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial embedding period.

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on previous level of recruitment experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential

Contract: Full time and permanent

What is the role?

Reed is looking for a Permanents Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team of successful tech recruiters, focusing on a permanents technology desk across the South West.

You will conduct the full recruitment lifecycle by identifying and contacting client leads through business development, developing client relationships, taking role briefings, negotiating fees and terms of business with clients, headhunting and sourcing candidates, organising interviews, conducting right to work and reference checks, and assisting with candidate onboarding for clients.

Who would suit this role?

We are ideally looking for experienced technology/IT recruiters but would also be open to experienced recruiters from any professional field. We would also love to speak with IT/Tech sales professionals looking to transition into recruitment. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of agency recruitment through knowledge or experience. We seek motivated, driven, and ambitious self-starters who want to succeed in the lucrative and rewarding world of recruitment.
