We are Unity Homes, a Salford based organisation with a strong community focus - primarily delivering a range of social care related services across the North West of England through several delivery companies. Our residential care home business has been providing residential care for the elderly for almost 35 years through six operational care homes. In addition, we own and operate residential properties and office buildings and a further care home not yet operational. We are currently on an exciting journey - delivering transformational change across our business to ensure we are Fit for the Future. We are preparing for further expansion opportunities as we move to a Unity Group structure.
