Company Overview
You will be joining an international Technology and Entertainment business as their Personal Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be supporting the London-based Senior Executive and you will work closely alongside multiple Executive Assistants who support various C-Suite members of the business. Based in their modern and luxurious Central London office 5 days a week, you will have the occasional opportunity to work from home, but this is primarily an office based role.
Role Responsibilities
In your new role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Senior Executive's calendar, scheduling appointments/meetings, preparing/editing documents, screening and prioritising incoming communications, planning and booking domestic and international travel, assisting in the planning and execution of events, managing expense reporting and credit card reconciliations, handling sensitive information and gathering information to support the Senior Executive's decision-making process. You will act as the primary point of contact between the Senior Executive and internal/external stakeholders and draft/manage correspondence and communication on behalf of the Senior Executive.
Role Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, be a confident, professional and enthusiastic individual with an outstanding work ethic and possess the ability to manage a varied workload with conflicting deadlines. You will be quick to pick up new systems and processes, be happy liaising with senior stakeholders across the business and be proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving attitude. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. You will be flexible and adaptable to sudden diary changes.
In Return
You will receive an annual salary of up to £65,000 (depending on experience) + benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
