\n\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Head of Global and three EMEA Directors within a leading, international real estate investment firm. Based in their vibrant West End office (circa 350 people), you’ll be joining a tight-knit, social team of 12 where training, development, and collaboration are central to their culture.
\n\nThis is a high-profile, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on variety, excels at managing complex schedules, and enjoys being at the heart of a dynamic team.
\n\nWhat You'll Do:
\n\n- \n\t
- Manage complex global travel arrangements, including visa coordination, accommodation, itineraries, and expenses. \n\t
- Organise and prepare for meetings: create agendas, compile briefing documents, take minutes, and track action items. \n\t
- Serve as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and global clients. \n\t
- Support event planning and logistics for internal training, conferences, client events, and roadshows. \n\t
- Assist in onboarding new team members across EMEA Capital Markets. \n\t
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. \n\t
- Provide administrative and project support, including research, reporting, and presentation prep. \n\t
- Proactively streamline processes to improve team efficiency. \n\t
- Manage Directors’ expenses and liaise with internal departments (IT, Finance, HR, Operations) as needed. \n
Who You Are:

- A confident and personable PA with experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment. \n\t
- A diary and travel management expert, with a proven ability to handle ever-changing schedules and priorities. \n\t
- Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive — not afraid to push back when necessary. \n\t
- A strong communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels. \n\t
