Our client are passionate investors in the food and agribusiness - they have a small boutique office in Chelsea Harbour and an extremely pleasant team of entrepreneurial individuals who require the support of a Team PA and Office Manager.


You will gain invaluable training and support from their senior PA so this is a great opportunity to learn and develop.


The focus of the role will be to handle office management as well as assisting the team with calendar/diary management and some international travel arrangements.


This role will also benefit from someone who has an eye for formatting, is able to update the website using WordPress, has a flair for organising events, and enjoys some social media posting (mainly LinkedIn and company news page).


You should be able to commute easily to Chelsea Harbour as this is an office based position.


In this varied role you would be responsible for:


  • Diary management
  • Travel management
  • General office management
  • PA cover during holiday/sickness absences
  • Editing/formatting documents
  • Events organisation
  • Social media posting (LinkedIn/website)
  • Updating company website and general website admin


They are a lovely office of people, with a very positive working culture and there is scope for progression with this role.


The beautiful office is located in Chelsea Harbour so it is essential you are happy and able to travel to the Chelsea Harbour every day. Hours are 8am-5pm. There is parking available.


Salary up to £41,500 plus benefits.


They would also consider someone part-time 3 days a week ( at £25,000)
