Each person has their own dedicated team, delivering support thats tailored specifically to their needs and preferences. , so were looking for someone who is calm, patient, and ready to learn.
About the Role:
As part of *Thomas support team, youll work alongside a
Nurse during the day,
ensuring *Thomas is enjoying life to the fullest while ensuring his
safety and wellbeing
is prioritised.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Living Support
:
Providing essential support
with epilepsy management and complex care needs (
full training provided
).
Personalised Support:
Supporting *Thomas with his
daily routine and personal care.
Health & Well-being Monitoring
: Look out for *Thomass safety, well-being, and overall happiness, always keeping communication open with his family and care team.
The Great Outdoors
:
Encouraging and assisting *Thomas in
getting out into nature
for fresh air and walks.
Be a Friendly Confidant
: Build a genuine connection with *Thomas, providing companionship, encouragement, and positivity every day.
About You
:
Caring, Patient, & Reliable
: You truly want to help.
Willing to Learn
: Epilepsy experience is great, but
full training
will be provided.
Values Teamwork
: You thrive in a collaborative environment, knowing the importance of working together for the best outcomes for the people you support.
Experience (Preferred but Not Required)
: Whether youve worked in care or not, a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Drivers License (Preferred).
