TSR Legal is pleased to present an opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join an established and well regarded Personal Injury team based in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong claimant experience to take the next step in their career within a respected South Wales practice.

The Role

You will join a busy Personal Injury department handling a varied caseload of claimant matters, including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, public liability claims, and cases involving negligence. The role offers a high level of autonomy, with responsibility for managing your own files from instruction through to resolution, alongside the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

About You

Applications are invited from solicitors who can demonstrate:

4 plus years PQE, with solid experience in claimant personal injury work

Proven ability to manage a caseload of litigated matters independently

Strong organisational and communication skills

A proactive and team focused approach
