Role Overview A leading, award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to join its growing Occupier’s Liability (OL) and Public Liability (PL) team. Acting on behalf of claimants, you will manage a high-quality caseload of litigated matters from inception through to conclusion, covering both fast track and multi-track claims. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ PQE Proven experience handling claimant OL/PL matters from cradle to grave Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules Experience managing both pre-issue and litigated fast and multi-track cases Confident in drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal documents Skilled negotiator with strong advocacy experience Experience using claims portals (essential) Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independentlyCommercially aware with a client-focused approach Experience with Proclaim (desirable) Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented, with the ability to support junior colleagues
