Personal Injury Solicitor

Location: North Kent | Hybrid Working Considered

A leading law firm is seeking a talented Solicitor with expertise in Personal Injury, ideally some Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and Credit Hire litigation to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload and contribute to a dynamic department.

The Role

• Handle a caseload of litigated and pre‑litigated RTA and credit hire claims
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and other court documents
• Negotiate settlements and liaise with clients, insurers and counsel
• Ensure compliance with legislation and procedural rules
• Provide commercially focused legal advice and robust representation
• Support junior team members when required

Key Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years PQE
• Strong knowledge of RTA and credit hire litigation
• Experience across Small, Fast, Intermediate and Multi‑Track cases
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
