The Role: Deliver high-quality Physics lessons across Key Stages 3 & 4 (KS5 desirable) Plan, prepare and assess in line with curriculum expectations Inspire curiosity, challenge thinking and promote academic excellence Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive Science department Uphold high standards of behaviour, achievement and professionalism Safeguarding & Culture: Leaders promote a

strong culture of safety and vigilance

throughout the school. Staff receive comprehensive safeguarding training and are clear on procedures, ensuring that student welfare is always a top priority.
