As a brand incubator, we launch, operate, and scale original concepts that celebrate global cuisines and exceptional drink culture. We're looking for a pizza chef to join our Soho kitchen team. We're looking for someone with commercial fast-paced kitchen experience who can hand-stretch dough, top pizzas, and cook them to perfection in our oven or who has the aptitude to learn how to do so. You'll be working with an electric deck oven to create high volumes of consistently outstanding pizzas, from the stretch to the final bake. Hygiene and Food Safety Level 2 certificate (essential) Kitchen experience, a minimum of 2 years in a commercial setting (essential) Experience of making pizza or dough is ideal, but we can train you if you're keen to learn A passion for food, cooking and genuine interest in pizza making Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards A collaborative, proactive approach and positive energy on shift We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
