Hill & Hill Recruitment are seeking a Planned Maintenance Surveyor/ Project Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients based in East Sussex.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Deliver a range of planned maintenance and major repairs projects\n\n * Manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, taking the lead on procurement and contract administration.\n\n * Preparing consultant briefs, managing tender processes, and ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.\n\nEssentials\n\n * It is essential that you hold a recognised qualification in project management and have demonstrable experience working for a social landlord in the delivery of planned maintenance projects.\n\n * We’re looking for someone with strong project management skills and hands-on experience delivering planned maintenance within the housing industry or construction sector.\n\n * You’ll pair this with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes.\n\n * Confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with ease
