We’re representing a fast-growing, forward-thinking planning consultancy that’s expanding into London and looking for an ambitious Planning Director to lead the charge.

This is a rare opportunity to shape and grow a brand-new office from day one - supported by an established national team with a strong reputation in the renewable energy sector.

The Role

As Planning Director, you’ll play a key role in :

• Leading and delivering complex planning projects across Solar , BESS , and Onshore wind developments
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships within the renewable energy sector
• Winning new work and driving the growth of the London office
• Providing strategic leadership and mentoring to a growing team of planners

About You

You’ll be a dynamic, confident professional who thrives in a client-facing, commercially focused environment. You will need :

• MRTPI qualification (essential)
• Strong experience in renewable energy planning
• Proven ability to lead projects, secure new business, and manage client relationships
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the ambition to make your mark on a growing consultancy
