Planning Manager - New Build Housing

East Mids/hybrid

Upto £75,000 + Bonus + Excellent benefits

This is a role for a Planning professional who wants more influence, more trust, and better-quality schemes — without the noise and bureaucracy.

You’ll be joining a growing residential developer where planning is genuinely valued. You’ll have ownership of your sites, early involvement in land decisions, and a real say in shaping planning strategy across the region.

The Role

Lead planning strategy across multiple residential developments

Manage planning applications, reserved matters and amendments

Support land bids with planning insight and risk assessment

Build strong relationships with local authorities and consultants

Skills and Experience

Experience in residential planning (developer, housebuilder or consultancy)

A practical, commercially aware approach to securing consent

Someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy and seeing schemes through
