Planning Manager Location: Warrington

What You'll Be Doing

Manage and progress a pipeline of short, medium, and long-term residential planning applications *
Lead the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals and associated documents *
Work collaboratively with the Land, Technical, and Commercial teams to maximise land opportunities *
Maintain excellent working relationships with local authorities, consultants, and key stakeholders *
Monitor and influence emerging local plans and planning policy *
Provide strategic advice to senior management on planning risk and opportunities *
Represent the company at planning committees, appeals, and public consultations
What We're Looking For

A relevant degree in Town Planning or a related field *
MRTPI status (or equivalent experience) *
Strong understanding of the UK planning system and residential planning policy *
Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills *
Proven experience in managing major planning applications in-house or via consultancy *
A commercial approach to planning and land promotion *
Full UK driving licence
