Yolk are working with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Planning Solicitor (3+ PQE) into their Cardiff office. This is an exciting chance to join a national team working with developers, local authorities, retailers, and public bodies on high-profile projects.

What you'll be doing As a Planning Solicitor, you will:

• Advise on planning applications, regeneration, highways, and environmental law
• Draft and negotiate Section 106, highways and development agreements
• Carry out complex due diligence for real estate and funding transactions
• Represent clients in planning appeals, judicial reviews, and enforcement
• Work closely with senior colleagues while building your own caseload

What you'll need to succeed as a Planning Solicitor

• A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 3 years PQE in planning law
• Strong experience in drafting agreements and advising on regeneration projects
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex work
