*About the role*
We are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our busy depot in Avonmouth. You’ll be carrying out service, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of plant hire equipment both in our workshop and at customer sites across the South West.
*What you’ll do:*
* Diagnose, service, and repair plant hire equipment (excavators, dumpers, rollers, telehandlers, etc.)
* Carry out planned maintenance and breakdown call-outs on customer sites
* Provide excellent customer support and represent our company on-site
* Maintain accurate service records and comply with health & safety standards
*What we’re looking for:*
* Experience working on plant, construction, agricultural, or similar machinery (hydraulics, diesel engines, electrics, diagnostics)
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant, Agricultural, Mechanical or similar (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* A customer-focused attitude and ability to work independently
