analyse asset performance, identify bad actors, and implement corrective actions to increase uptime. Long term technical support
lead/assist RCAs, advise on equipment upgrades, and drive reliability interventions. Preventive maintenance strategy
help optimise PPM plans and maintenance programs; support IP/LTE improvement initiatives. Outage and performance support
contribute to planning and post outage reviews to embed reliability learnings. Data & systems
support SAP PM/CMMS data quality for equipment, notifications and work orders; promote standard work. Collaboration
work closely with planners, technical supervisors and operations to align reliability actions with production. Knowledge and Technical Strengths of Specific I
nterest Proven experience in a heavy industrial/manufacturing environment, experience in Power Plant and Wastewater Treatment plants would be beneficial. Strong diagnostic skills (RCA) and a structured approach to problem solving. Familiarity with SAP PM/CMMS and preventive maintenance planning (desirable). Clear communicator, able to influence and collaborate across teams.
