The IT Service department provides support, care & maintenance to the global business, ensuring the technology runs smoothly, securely & efficiently to enable the organisation to perform to it’s high standard.
Within this team, you'll have the opportunity to become a Zendesk expert, standardising and growing its use as it is rolled out globally for key functions and languages. You'll be improving customer support processes and therefore creating business value is helping provide a fantastic experience for our customers.

The Role
You'll join a small, focused team helping to improve how we work by making the most of our internal tools and platforms. Using your technical know-how, you’ll support the delivery of solutions that solve business challenges and drive efficiency. This includes making configuration updates, building automations, streamlining workflows, and supporting custom integrations and applications.
A key part of the role is working closely with the Platform Owner, internal stakeholders across global teams, and third-party vendors. You'll play an important role in helping to shape and deliver a best-in-class Zendesk experience — one that sets the gold standard for future rollouts in other regions.
What You'll Bring
Hands-on experience with business tools like ticketing systems or customer support platforms (e.g. Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, TopDesk, etc.)
A good understanding of how systems connect, with some experience in supporting or setting up API integrations
Exposure to scripting or coding (e.g. Python or similar languages) is a plus
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms or IT service tools (like Platform-as-a-Service or ITSM solutions) is beneficial
Strong stakeholder management skills — you’re confident working with global teams and able to translate business needs into actionable outcomes
A collaborative mindset and a drive to help build scalable, high-quality solutions that can be shared across regions
