Plumber Multi required in Southamtpon, Hampshire
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative, covering Hampshire and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will carry out plumbing works alongside general multi-trade maintenance and repairs across domestic and/or commercial properties.
This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in their work, delivers excellent customer service, and can work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
? Carry out a wide range of plumbing works, including:
? First and second fix plumbing
? Fault finding and repairs
? Bathroom and kitchen installations
? Pipework, leaks, and drainage issues
? Undertake multi-trade tasks, such as:
? Basic carpentry
? Plaster patching and making good
? Tiling
? Painting and decorating
? Minor electrical awareness (non-certifiable tasks only)
? Work on reactive maintenance, planned works, and refurbishments
? Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
? Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and office staff
? Accurately complete job reports and paperwork
? Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle (if provided)
Requirements
? Proven experience as a Plumber, with strong multi-trade skills
? Relevant plumbing qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
? Full UK driving licence
? Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
? Good customer service and communication skills
? Own tools preferred (company tools/vehicle may be provided depending on role)
