Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance team working across properties in B29 5UP. This is a long-term temporary position carrying out a mixture of day-to-day repairs, planned works, and general maintenance within occupied properties.
This is a long-term fixed term contract position carrying out a mixture of day-to-day repairs, planned works, and general maintenance within occupied and void properties.
The ideal candidate will be a strong 2nd Fix Plumber and the ability to work independently, delivering high-quality repairs to a good standard.
Key Responsibilities

Delivering all aspects of repairs across tenanted and void social housing properties

Undertaking planned plumbing installations and remedials as part of a scheduled upgrade programmes

Carry out reactive repairs in occupied social housing (e.g. leaks, blocked drains, faulty taps, toilets, showers).

Perform maintenance and minor installations (pipework, sanitary ware, valves, cylinders).
