We require a new plumber who is experienced in predominantly plumbing maintenance work but can also install bathrooms.

The work covered will range from general plumbing repairs, fixing leaks, changing tap washers, toilet repairs etc to fitting shower enclosures, replacing tiles and installing bathrooms from 1st fix to 2nd fix.

We work predominately with letting agents across the city on maintenance and repair work in rented accommodation with a variety of site work for building contractors to general domestic private customers.

All jobs are organised and booked in by our fully staffed office team and uploaded to our job management software where you will get a detailed description of the work required and necessary instructions.

Sign written company vans supplied and company iPhones. Uniform will also be supplied.

The successful candidate must have

* A minimum of 2 years’ experience within the plumbing industry * NVQ Level 2 or higher in plumbing * Basic understanding of water hygiene * Excellent organisation and time keeping skills working to deadlines * Clear and confident communication skills * Standards, systems, procedures, and process focused * Self-motivated, using own initiative, desire to learn and achieve * A full Clean Driving License is required.

Pay: £37,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
