This role will be within ourDemand management and network infrastructure team.We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers. Want to be a part of it? What you'll be doing?

Youll be part of our Operations Team, supporting administrative duties to keep day-to-day functions running smoothly while learning the role of a Supervisor. Youll be working with managers and supervisors in the Plumbing department to boost productivity, compliance, safety, and overall performance. Youll be engaging with the client and back-office teams to ensure seamless operational delivery, complete site audits, and maintain safe plant and equipment. Youll be handling customer issues using the IMPACT protocol and responding to escalations within set timescales, ensuring compliance with Thames Water Smart Metering Asset Standards
