Plumbing Technician 37 Hours per week, based in Preston £34,286.89 per annum (£17.77 per hour) What will you be doing in this role? You'll be a part of our Asset Management team, a range of skilled trades people who carry out planned and responsive maintenance in both tenanted and empty properties. We have around 7000 properties across Preston, Fylde and South Ribble so you won't have to travel far. You'll have a CGA van to travel to and from work and to your jobs.
