Role Overview

We’re looking for a commercially minded operator to drive revenue acceleration while bringing structure, discipline and clarity to how we run the business. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will own trading performance and operational execution, turning strategy into measurable results. You will sit at the centre of the business, connecting commercial ambition with operational delivery.

You will oversee end to end operations across design, marketing, partnerships, logistics, and supply chain to deliver operational excellence, streamline processes, and support the brand’s long-term growth strategy.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, brings streetwear culture knowledge, and possesses the agility to implement systems and processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue growth & strategy

• Deliver annual revenue targets across all channels
• Identify and execute new growth opportunities (markets, channels, collaborations).
• Improve sell-through and trading performance.

Cost & commercial discipline

• Ensure budget management and cost control.
• Improve trading margins and stock efficiency
• Balance growth with profitability.

Operations & execution

• Oversee supply chain, 3PL and fulfilment performance.
• Improve forecasting, inventory planning and stock control.
• Build scalable operational processes.
• Ensure collection launches land on time and on budget.

Team & Structure

• Lead and develop cross-functional team
• Build clarity in roles, accountability and performance standards.
• Support recruitment and scale capability as required.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, ideally within fashion, retail or lifestyle brands
• Commercially driven with operational depth.
• Strong decision-maker with accountability mindset.
• Equally comfortable in strategy discussions and in the detail
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Excellent understanding of supply chain, production and logistics processes
• Analytical mindset with experience managing budgets and operational KPIS
• Skilled communicator and collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, ERP systems, project management, inventory management software and logistics platforms, e-commerce platforms (Shopify), and new digital applications
• Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilities
• Knowledge of marketing and community building strategies
• Data-led but pragmatic with skills to interpret metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions
• Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and pace in a creative environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
• Resilient and resourceful in navigating the challenges of startup/scaleup operations.
