GSL Education are seeking a dedicated PMLD SEN TA to work in supportive school settings across Ashford, making an immediate and meaningful impact.

As a PMLD SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties, helping them access learning through personalised approaches and specialist support.

What you have to do:

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with PMLD Support learning through sensory-based activities and personalised programmes Assist pupils with physical needs, including personal care where required Promote communication using appropriate strategies and tools Support emotional regulation, engagement, and wellbeing Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals Maintain a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment What we need:
