Key Responsibilities
Maintain programme governance structures, documentation and reporting cycles. Support planning, scheduling, RAID management and performance tracking. Produce accurate, insight-driven reports for senior stakeholders and programme boards. Coordinate activities across workstreams to ensure consistent standards and delivery discipline. Support assurance, risk management and decision-making processes across the programme.
What You'll Bring
Proven PMO experience within large programmes or portfolios, ideally within a Justice or Policing environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and comfort with structured governance. Experience in RAID management, reporting and programme documentation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-moving, sensitive environment. Public-sector or policing experience is advantageous
