We’re working with a reputable managing agent who are looking to hire a part time, weekends only Porter as follows:

* Based on a prestigious site in Chiswick (West London)

* Working Weekends only (a full day Saturday and half day Sunday)

* Undertaking the full range of portering duties from grounds/building inspections / patrols to minor repairs, access control/signing in & out and sweeping/cleaning.

* This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to earn extra money alongside their full-time job elsewhere OR might suit those semi-retired / retired looking to top up their income

* You will need to be IT savvy, well-presented and spoken and have excellent H&S knowledge.

In addition to a starting salary of £8,000 per year (£153 per week for 1.5 days work) the successful Porter can expect free on-site parking and company pension.
