We’re recruiting an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee the health, performance and governance of a complex portfolio of legal matters within a leading global law firm.

This role works closely with senior stakeholders, matter managers, finance, resourcing and technology teams to drive efficient delivery, support high‑value work, and ensure matters are data‑led, well governed and commercially sound. A strong focus on process improvement, reporting and the adoption of AI-enabled tools sits at the heart of the role.

Key experience:

• Portfolio or practice management within professional services (legal preferred)
\n\t
• Strong stakeholder engagement at Partner / senior level
\n\t
• Matter management, financial oversight and data analysis
\n\t
• Confidence working with technology and innovation initiatives

Ideal for someone commercially minded, collaborative and comfortable operating across multiple priorities. We would anticipate that suitable candidates will have 4-5 years of experience working in this field, and may also appeal to fee-earners who have already moved to a more internal role.
