*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various metal components, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our stringent standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment.

*Duties*

* Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning and masking as necessary. * Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment, ensuring even coverage and adherence to specifications. * Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards. * Maintain equipment and work area, ensuring cleanliness and safety protocols are followed. * Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. * Troubleshoot any issues with the coating process or equipment as they arise.

*Experience*

* Previous experience in powder coating or a similar role is required. * Proficiency in electrostatic spray Equipment * Strong mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and maintenance * Familiarity with painting techniques, particularly powder coating processes, is preferred * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills
