:Overview:We are currently looking for a reliable Production operative with experience in prepping and powder coating processes, or a strong background in warehouse production environments, to join a busy and fast-paced operation. This role involves hands-on work, standing for long periods, and supporting the coating and packing process.Monday to Friday 06:00 to 16:00Key Responsibilities:Preparing components for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging partsAssisting with powder coating operations (where trained)Manual handling of parts and materialsHand-wrapping pallets and preparing goods for dispatchGeneral warehouse duties including packing, loading, and housekeepingFollowing health and safety procedures at all timesRequirements:Previous experience in powder coating preparationPhysically fit and able to stand and work on your feet for up to 10 hours per dayComfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasksAble to hand-wrap pallets and carry out packing dutiesReliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendanceAble to commute to site reliably for a 6:00 AM startDesirable:Previous experience in powder coating preparationGood attention to detail and quality standardsTeam player with a positive work ethicWhats on offer:Stable Monday to Friday working hoursOngoing work for the right candidateOpportunity to develop skills within a manufacturing environmentJBRP1_UKTJ
