Based from our Glasgow Office in Bellshill, we are looking for Technical Support Coordinator to join us. In this role you will be part of a small Technical team who take calls from our internal and external customers acting as a first response to any queries regarding our machines. As a Technical Support Coordinator, you'll love to help and resolve problems as you'll deal with a variety of people on the phone during the day covering a variety of issues. They might need some guidance and support using one of our machines or there might be a technical issue with the machine - whatever the query, you will be responsible for providing helpful advice and guidance in a positive manner ensuring that the problem is resolved efficiently.
