Salary: £110 - £210 per day

We are looking for a skilled PPA Teacher or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a modern, purpose-built Academy in the heart of Blackpool (FY1). The Role: Impactful PPA & Class Cover

As a PPA Teacher, you will be the backbone of the school's daily operations. Your role involves:

Delivering Lessons: Providing high-quality cover for teacher's Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time.
Versatility: Following a rota to support pupils across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
Consistency: Working closely with permanent staff to ensure continuity of learning and pupil progress.
Career Progression: Initially starting via agency, this role has a clear pathway to a permanent contract from April 2026.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this Blackpool teaching role, you must hold:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) OR HLTA / Level 3 TA qualification with a desire to lead classes.
A strong grasp of the Primary National Curriculum.
Flexibility and the ability to manage classroom transitions effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate within a large MAT team.
