Background –
You will be joining a specialist ADHD and Autism clinic that is undergoing a significant period of growth.
The company has rapidly evolved from a retreat-based service working on a 1:1 basis with neurodiverse clients to now employing over 50 staff and on the verge of delivering sizeable numbers of assessments via NHS contracts, led by its in-house team of consultants and psychotherapists.
To backstop the delivery of these contracts, there is now the requirement for a Practice Manager to lead the administrative and operational teams, ensuring successful delivery of these assessments whilst adhering the commercial goals of the clinic.
Salary –
very much dependent on experience and open to negotiation

Your role –
Oversee the daily operations of the clinic and wider practice administration
Lead and develop a growing admin team (currently 3, expanding to around 10)
Manage patient administration, including bookings, appointments, clinic schedules, rooms, reports, and correspondence
Ensure smooth end-to-end patient journeys across private ADHD and Autism services
Monitor performance, capacity, and delivery against commercial and operational targets
Hold teams accountable for output, quality, and service levels
Identify process improvements to support scalability and efficiency
Work closely with senior leadership to support the organisation's growth strategy
Recruitment of staff
Your background –
Proven experience in a Practice Management capacity within primary care and/or secondary care
Preferred experience of working in a private healthcare service awarded with an ICB contract
Commercially minded, with the ability to balance patient care and business performance
Strong people management skills with experience leading and developing teams
Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing change in a growing business
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, private-sector healthcare setting
Driven, ambitious, looking for the next challenge in your career
