Pre-Construction Manager

As Pre-Construction Manager, you will lead the pre-construction and tendering process for mechanical and electrical building services projects, working closely with estimating, design and delivery teams to secure and successfully plan projects prior to construction. You will play a key role in managing tender submissions, reviewing technical proposals and ensuring projects are positioned for successful delivery. Responsibilities will include: Managing the pre-construction process for mechanical and electrical building services projects Overseeing tender submissions and coordinating estimating teams Reviewing technical proposals, specifications and project documentation Liaising with clients, consultants and internal project teams during the tender stage Supporting bid strategy and programme development Working closely with commercial and project delivery teams to ensure successful project mobilisation Requirements

Experience working as a Pre-Construction Manager, Estimating Manager or Senior M&E Estimator within Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services installations Experience managing tenders and bid processes for M&E projects Ability to review technical specifications and project documentation Strong communication and organisational skills Remuneration Package
