About the Role
Primary schools across Deal are seeking enthusiastic, nurturing and creative Primary Teachers to join their teams. Whether you're an ECT or an experienced practitioner, these schools offer supportive, community-focused environments where high-quality teaching, pupil wellbeing and inclusive education come first.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it
• Experience teaching within Primary (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
• A compassionate, patient and imaginative approach to teaching
• Solid understanding of phonics, early reading and child-centred learning approaches
• Flexibility, positivity and a commitment to helping pupils make strong progress
