The Role: As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You will step into a variety of classroom settings, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive and productive environment for pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners
* Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Follow school policies and procedures
* Provide feedback to school staff on pupil progress and behaviour
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching within primary settings
* Strong classroom management skills

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
