Working closely with a warm, collaborative team of teachers, parents, and external specialists. Creating a safe, positive, and encouraging environment where children feel valued and empowered. Keeping clear, meaningful records to track and celebrate each pupil’s progress. What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential. Previous experience supporting children with SEN. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and how to adapt it effectively. A kind, patient, and imaginative approach to teaching. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships. A genuine passion for helping children overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
