School Teacher Annual Salary: £150 - £220 per day Location: Greenwich Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a dedicated School Teacher to join our dynamic team in the Greenwich area. This role involves leading the classroom, working closely with children, supporting teaching assistants, and contributing to a supportive learning environment tailored to the needs of students with special educational needs. Day-to-day of the role: Lead the classroom, ensuring all lessons are inclusive and cater to the needs of SEN students. Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and provide specialized 1:1 support to students with specific educational needs. Develop and implement engaging educational strategies that enhance learning outcomes for SEN students. Monitor and assess the progress of students, adapting teaching methods to suit individual needs. Maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and learning. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an educational setting, preferably with a focus on special educational needs. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage classroom activities and engage students effectively. Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with other staff members and contribute to a cohesive team environment. A relevant educational qualification, with specific training in special needs education highly regarded. Patience, empathy, and a dedicated approach to supporting the educational and emotional needs of SEN students.
