About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Primary School Teaching Assistants to work across our partnership primary schools throughout Cambridgeshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and adaptable individuals looking for flexible work, whether on a day-to-day basis or within long-term and potential permanent placements.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning and development within a nurturing classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and stimulating learning activities
Preparing classrooms for lessons, including setting up and tidying resources
Supervising pupils during break and lunch times to promote safe and happy play
Supporting children’s learning through play by observing, interacting and engaging with them
Working with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning and build confidence
