The Role: Primary SEN Teacher - Specialist Provision (SEMH) Teaching a small class of primary-aged pupils with SEMH and additional needs Delivering a creative, adaptable and engaging lessons tailored to individual learning styles Supporting pupils who experience behavioural challenges or barriers to education Working closely with a team to support EHCP outcomes Building strong, trusting relationships to promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour The ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher (QTS or equivalent) Experience working with SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision (PRU/AP) settings Calm, patient, and emotionally resilient approach Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people Why Apply?
