What you will be doing.

As a key member of our multi-professional team, you will: Plan, deliver and teach engaging lessons to individuals and small groups, following our Curriculum Framework Monitor, record and report on student progress with accuracy and insight Contribute to whole-school development and help drive forward our School Development Plan Promote the physical, educational and moral development of every student Create and maintain a stimulating, well-organised classroom environment Coordinate subject areas across key stages as agreed with the Head Teacher Develop, implement and review IEPs, IBPs and other personalised plans Ensure learning is safe, purposeful and appropriately risk-assessed both on and off site Support and guide LSAs, Tutors, Instructors and care staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences Work effectively with challenging behaviour, helping students move from external regulation to self-control Communicate consistently with care staff, families and colleagues to ensure a joined-up approach Maintain accurate records in line with company policies and regulatory standards Safeguard all students and uphold their wellbeing at all times Meet the Professional Standards for Teachers in full This is a role for someone who thrives on making a meaningful difference every single day.
