Provide targeted support to pupils preparing for end of Key Stage 2 assessments (SATs), ensuring accessibility and appropriate scaffolding. Create a nurturing and structured learning environment that promotes pupil engagement, confidence, and wellbeing. Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to meet the holistic needs of each child.
