Aspire People are currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to support a variety of primary schools with daily and short-term cover. Schools regularly require reliable teachers to cover staff absences, training days, and short-term leave.

Supply teaching provides a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in different schools, develop your classroom skills, and maintain flexibility in your career.

This role is suitable for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to build experience and experienced teachers who enjoy working in a range of classroom settings.

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
* Following school behaviour policies and maintaining classroom standards
* Supporting pupils to remain engaged with their learning
* Adapting teaching approaches to suit different classrooms and year groups
* Providing clear feedback to school staff at the end of each day

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting
* Strong classroom management skills
* Flexibility and confidence working in different schools
